Melbourne, Australia Ystress Building Maintenance Full time

Our company provides general maintenance and cleaning (not domestic cleans) to Residential Aged Care facilities around Melbourne.

We are looking for a friendly, keen, enthusiastic, hard working person with an eye for detail. Some knowledge on how to operate machinery (ie water blaster) would be advantageous but not a must.

In this role you will be dealing with a lot of the elderly residents so good communication skills in English is required.

Duties include but are not limited to
- Cleaning of windows and balconies of apartments
- Cleaning of foot paths, external building washes and fencing

This is a full time position and work hours are generally Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.

Experience is not essential as training will be provided. Work is not strenuous however you will need to be fairly fit and be able to keep pace with other workers.

Please note that all of the sites we work on are non-smoking.

**Starting hourly rate of $30-35 per hour (depending on experience).**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
