Rich River Asphalt is seeking a reliable and experienced Aggregate Spreader Truck Driver to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in precision, safety, and teamwork on civil construction sites.

Key Responsibilities


• Operate aggregate spreader truck for bitumen sealing projects across regional Victoria and southern NSW


• Work closely with site supervisors and traffic controllers to ensure safe and efficient delivery


• Maintain accurate spread rates and alignment in accordance with project specifications


• Perform daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on vehicle and equipment


• Assist with general site duties as required

Requirements


• Valid HR or HC Truck Licence


• Experience operating aggregate spreader trucks (preferred but not essential, training provided)


• Strong understanding of road safety and traffic management protocols


• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions


• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during peak sealing season


• White Card and relevant tickets (e.g. First Aid, Traffic Control) highly regarded
