Silverwater NSW, Australia Plumbers Supplies Co-operative Full time $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Kickstart your career with Plumbers Co-op Enjoy a dynamic role assisting the Finance Team with various finance related tasks, primarily bank reconciliations and ensuring accounting practices are adhered to.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Reconciling of daily bank reconciliations, cash clearing account and EFTPOS journals.
  • Maintain share register for members, payouts and reinvestment requests.
  • Update and reconcile dry debenture register.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks as required, including banking, invoicing and data entry.
  • Assist the finance team with special projects.
  • Assist with administrative functions as directed.

  • Previous accounts or administration experience desirable
  • Formal qualifications in Accounting
  • Basic computer skills to help with order management and tracking. ·

  • Willingness to learn and complete tasks
  • Must be an Australian Resident
