We're on the lookout for a passionate professional to join our leadership team — as a Restaurant Manager.

These roles are critical to ensuring the smooth and profitable day-to-day operations of our busy venue, with a strong focus on exceptional food and beverage service, customer experience, and event execution.


What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Leading and supporting a high-performing front-of-house team
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences — every shift, every customer
  • Managing all venue operations, including event setup/pack down, rostering, cash handling, and compliance
  • Working with the Head Chef and Bar Manager to ensure service excellence across both food and beverage
  • Contributing to staff training and ongoing development
  • Maintaining clear communication with directors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service flow, profitability, and efficiency
  • Acting as a duty manager when required — including late-night service and functions

Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar management role (restaurant or venue)
  • Strong knowledge of both food and beverage operations — wine, cocktails, service styles, and menu knowledge is essential
  • High level of professionalism, energy, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with POS systems and stock control
  • Understanding of labour management, GP targets, and supplier negotiation
  • Current RSA and Food Safety certificates
  • Ability to lead by example, mentor junior staff, and foster a positive team culture
  • Availability to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
