What's the role?
The Clinical Nurse – Aged Care provides resident-centred, high-quality nursing care, promoting health, functional ability, and quality of life. They demonstrate clinical leadership within the multidisciplinary team, offering education, supervision, and support to colleagues. The role ensures best-practice care in line with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia standards while maintaining individual accountability.
