Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to partner up with a revamped rooftop venue in search for a strong Venue Manager. Bringing Eastern Mediterranean flavours to Melbourne's dining scene in December, this vibrant rooftop will be delivering an unforgettable dining experience against stunning city views.
We're looking for a passionate Venue Manager to hit the ground running and set the standards from day one. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a strong FOH team through a high-profile launch. You'll be instrumental in creating a venue where every detail matters and where your leadership leaves a memorable dining experience.

What do you do?
- Be the driving force in delivering exceptional dining experience in a premium venue.
- Build and lead a high-performing team and shape the culture and standards of the venue from day one.
- Work closely with the BOH to ensure seamless sequence of service.
- Take ownership of guest experience, marketing and team development to set the venue up for growth and an evolving dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and health and safety regulations.
What do you need?
- 3+ years experience in managing premium and high-volume hospitality venues.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with strong ability to inspire a large team.
- Strong commercial acumen, operational expertise and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of emerging hospitality trends including food and beverage (WSET III or equivalent is highly regarded)
- Passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
