What you'll be doing

Atturra is looking for a WebApp / Angular Technical Lead for a contract opportunity, to work within Cloud Business Solutions, delivering to our Atturra clients in Federal Government, Defence Project.

Atturra is seeking candidates who have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. This person must be able to lead and communicate with a variety of different audiences and must have strong presentation skills. The ability to work in a cohesive team (Atturra and the client team) is important for this role.

This role is based in Canberra, in our Defence office in Russell on a hybrid arrangement. Additionally, holding an active AGSVA NV1 Clearance is a non-negotiable for this role.

This contract will be until 30 June 2026 with a possibility of a further 12-month extension.

Responsibilities:

• The WebApp Developer needs to be proficient and experienced at leading and creating a Web Application, which will be the user interface to collect and manage data by users using a web browser to access the Web Application
• The Web Application will save the data in a SQL Database, from where it will be used in automation using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to complete workflow triggered by schedule or data changes, e.g. a publish of data structures or escalation alert.business analysts.

What will make you successful in this role?

Technical Requirements:

• 10 + years' experience in Web content delivery through HTML/JavaScript web pages, including in a Team Lead role
• Strong experience in application developed using the AngularJS 1.0 framework
• Strong experience in all web pages, JavaScript files and other content items delivered using HTTP or HTTPS, with access will only for authenticated users. Access to particular functions as well as data to be rendered within an application is controlled using a permissions system described under platform Security
• Additional JavaScript libraries are included in platform Web solutions to present data in specific manner
• Using APIs made available with a data service in platform
• Able to align to standards in hosted and managed platform
• MUST hold an active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance to be considered
• Strong communicator and ability to lead client interactions
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
