Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting your local community? As a valued member of our Community Partnerships team, the Library Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our libraries. In this dynamic position, you'll assist patrons, contribute to a welcoming environment, and help maintain high standards of service across our library network.

To be successful for this role you will require:

  • Certificate III in Library and Information Services or relevant experience working in a public library environment.
  • Proven commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn new software programs.
  • Proven ability to contribute effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Valid National Police Check.
  • Valid Driver's Licence.
