Are you a junior lawyer ready to build your career in Wills & Estates within a supportive, community-driven firm?

ALA Law, a leading Western Sydney firm, is seeking a Junior Wills & Estates Lawyer (1–2 years PAE) to join our growing team in Penrith.

You'll work directly under the guidance of Jacinta Watkins, our Partner and "Legacy Peace Facilitator," known for her compassionate, client-first approach and innovative mindset. With a focus on practical skills, mentorship, and continuous development, you'll grow your expertise in:

  • Estate planning

  • Deceased estates and probate

  • Contested estates and family provision matters

  • Collaborative and resolution-focused strategies

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2 years PAE with some exposure to wills & estates matters

  • A strong interest in building a niche in succession law

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Empathy, initiative, and a growth mindset
