With continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician to step up into a leadership role within our installations team.

About the Role......

We're looking for a Qualified Service Plumber with Refrigeration License ready to take the next step in their career. This role will lead installs across ducted heating, evaporative cooling, and split systems while mentoring an apprentice and an installation technician on site. You'll play a key role in growing our split system division while supporting our established heating and cooling teams.

Key Responsibilities......

  • Install and sign off gas ducted heater system, evap cooler & split system A/C
  • Lead small installation team (1 x apprentice & 1 x technician)
  • Ensure compliance, quality standards, and safe work practices
  • Complete job documentation via our digital job management platform
  • Share your expertise to help shape and grow our refrigeration division

What We're Looking For.......

  • Qualified Plumber with Refrigeration Licence
  • Hands-on experience in ducted heating, evap cooling, and split systems (install, fault-finding, servicing highly regarded)
  • Strong eye for detail and a customer-first approach
  • A natural team leader with the ability to guide and support an apprentice and technician
  • A positive, proactive team player eager to be part of something new

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
