Maintenance Plumber Wanted – Join Our Growing Team

Join the Riccardi Plumbing Team – Based in Geelong, servicing Bannockburn through to the Surfcoast.

About the Role:

  • Attend a mix of real estate and private residential plumbing jobs
  • Diagnose issues on-site and clearly explain solutions to clients
  • Provide accurate quotes and sell additional services where appropriate
  • Carry out repairs including blocked drains, tap leaks, roof leaks, hot water faults, and gas appliance servicing
  • Use ServiceM8 to manage jobs and record details efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, homeowners and other team members

What we are looking for:

Extensive experience in:

  • Roofing installations/repairs
  • Gas appliance repairs and servicing
  • Heating and cooling installation, repairs and servicing
  • Leak detection reports and diagnostics
  • Evaporative cooler repairs & servicing

What You'll Need:

  • Registered Plumber (Cert III Plumbing)
  • Proven experience in residential maintenance plumbing (5 Years preferred)
  • Valid Manual driver's licence & White Card
  • Strong experience with real estate/property maintenance work
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes, standards and safety requirements
  • Ability to quote confidently and clearly explain work to clients
  • Great communication, time management, and customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude and pride in your workmanship
