About the Role:
- Attend a mix of real estate and private residential plumbing jobs
- Diagnose issues on-site and clearly explain solutions to clients
- Provide accurate quotes and sell additional services where appropriate
- Carry out repairs including blocked drains, tap leaks, roof leaks, hot water faults, and gas appliance servicing
- Use ServiceM8 to manage jobs and record details efficiently
- Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, homeowners and other team members
What we are looking for:
Extensive experience in:
- Roofing installations/repairs
- Gas appliance repairs and servicing
- Heating and cooling installation, repairs and servicing
- Leak detection reports and diagnostics
- Evaporative cooler repairs & servicing
What You'll Need:
- Registered Plumber (Cert III Plumbing)
- Proven experience in residential maintenance plumbing (5 Years preferred)
- Valid Manual driver's licence & White Card
- Strong experience with real estate/property maintenance work
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, standards and safety requirements
- Ability to quote confidently and clearly explain work to clients
- Great communication, time management, and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude and pride in your workmanship
