About the facility

Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong's CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

Belmont Community Rehabilitation Centre services are time limited and delivered according to a Rehabilitation plan that is based on goals negotiated with the client and their carers, within the Neurological, Orthopaedic and General Community Rehabilitation streams of care.

About the role

As a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist you will provide and develop Occupational Therapy service delivery in the designated clinical stream at Belmont Community Rehabilitation Centre, applying evidence based, informed, client centred care within an inter-disciplinary setting. You will provide teaching, supervision, support and development of less experienced staff and undergraduate students and manage designated portfolios and quality improvement projects within the expectations of the Barwon Health Strategic Plan.
