About Our School

STAPCC is a K-12 state-of-the-art Kindergarten to Year 12 college that provides opportunities for students to be known, valued and challenged for the 13 years of their formal education and beyond. We aim to develop confident, independent young adults in richly resourced learning environments designed to engage students. The college is situated in close proximity to future university campuses, the South-West Rail Link and M5, on a beautiful, spacious property. Position Highlights

The successful applicant will join the school with a focus on providing quality Catholic education, maximising student outcomes by offering a rich, relevant and holistic curriculum that is student centred, flexible and challenging.

This full-time role is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 27 January 2026. The Leader of Learning: Pathway & Partnerships position is a 2-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.

  • an additional coordinator allowance on top of your base salary

About You

As a Leader of Learning: Pathway & Partnerships, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.

To excel in this role, you will be able to:

  • commit to Catholic Education, with a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of students
  • commit to academic excellence
  • demonstrate exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of contemporary, evidence based pedagogical approaches that support effective learning and academic rigour
  • demonstrate experience in working with students to assist in post school pathways and career options
  • demonstrate significant knowledge of university, TAFE, apprenticeship and other post school pathways
  • develop ongoing relationships with external agencies including universities, businesses and others to enhance student learning and development opportunities
  • utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
  • employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing effective feedback
  • create a culture of excellence and high expectations through positive support of student learning
  • commit to continual improvement of teaching and learning
  • demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students, staff and external stakeholders
  • work collaboratively in a team environment to promote a shared commitment to teaching and learning and alignment with College strategic directions
  • demonstrate excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills.

You will have attained:

  • a tertiary qualification in Education
  • eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
