Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge educational technologies and methodologies.
  • Provide dedicated support to students, guiding them through their educational journey.
  • Address academic and administrative challenges, delivering a seamless learning experience.
  • Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.
  • Analyze course effectiveness and student feedback thoroughly.
  • Develop insightful reports to drive continuous evolution of academic offerings.
  • Efficiently manage educational resources and oversee logistical arrangements for course delivery.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and foster a culture of feedback and improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in academic coordination or similar roles within the VET sector.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the VET Sector and its regulatory landscape.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with advanced educational technology platforms.
