Barista/Café All-rounder

We are currently seeking an energetic individual with passion for hospitality and good food, and excellent customer service manners. You will be responsible for a daily running of the café, and managing customer orders including catering and in-store sales.

You will be expected to help in stock control and staff rostering. Having a good eye for detail, positive attitude and friendly manners are essential to succeed in this role. You will need to work well within the team and be able to work autonomously, be responsible, diligent with good organizational, communication and customer service skills. You will need to be available during school and public holidays.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Have at least 2 years of experience as a barista/all rounder

• Experience working in a busy environment

• Be reliable, punctual and well presented

• Have a warm and engaging personality

• Have a positive can-do attitude and great energy

• Have a passion for excellent coffee, quality food and amazing service

• Show initiative and be prepared for high pressure situations

• Be a team player

• Able and willing to work weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shift

• Possess great time management skills and a sense of urgency

• Possess excellent attention to detail and ability to execute tasks efficiently and consistently, to a high standard

• Be available to work early starts 6.30am or 7am
