We're seeking a
Cognos Developer
with a solid background in ERP environments to deliver robust, high-impact BI solutions. This role requires someone who can navigate complex business systems, translate them into data models, and produce reporting that drives clarity and decisions across the organisation.

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver high-quality Cognos reports, dashboards, and data models.
  • Lead end-to-end BI delivery — from data modelling to deployment.
  • Translate ERP business processes into efficient reporting solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and uplift BI capability across the team.
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions to reporting issues.

What we're looking for

  • Strong ERP environment experience — able to work across complex systems and data structures.
  • Cognos Analytics expertise (Report Studio, Framework Manager, Transformer).
  • Solid BI development skills with SQL and data modelling.
  • TrueForms expertise highly regarded; or strong ERP background with willingness to learn TrueForms quickly.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Bonus: experience with Power BI, Phocas, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
