About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Hospitality professional to join our team at the iconic Tatong Tavern in the heart of Tatong, Victoria. As a casual Hospitality staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional front-of-house service to customers, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments
  • Ensuring the bar and dining areas are kept clean, well-stocked and organised at all times
  • Assisting with the preparation of food and beverages as needed
  • Providing recommendations on menu items customers
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For

  • Be physically fit, to work floor shifts including indoors and the outdoor area
  • Working Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a bar or restaurant environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and attentive service
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • A passion for food, drinks and creating memorable customer experiences
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
