Electrical Draftsperson

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Draftsperson to join our team, supporting the preparation of electrical drawings and documentation across a range of deliverables.

About the Role
  • Location: [Insert location or remote/hybrid if flexible]
  • Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week
  • Start: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update AutoCAD / Revit / AutoCAD Electrical models and drawings
  • Produce schematics, single-line diagrams, GA layouts, cable schedules, and as-built updates
  • Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Deliver high-quality drafting support from concept through to construction documentation
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical drafting
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and/or Revit MEP
  • Strong knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical documentation
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and compliance with CAD standards
Position Details
  • Option 1: Draftsperson using client-provided software
  • Option 2: Draftsperson using ADD-provided software licence/workstation
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Rate: Competitive hourly rates + GST, dependent on software option
