About The Role

We are currently seeking Combo/Jet Vacuum Operators (Immediate Start) to join our rapidly growing teams in Lonsdale and our newly opened depot in Burton, South Australia.

Within this role you will be responsible for the effective use and operation of vehicles and equipment whilst providing quality customer service and maintaining an excellent working relationship with the client's site representative/s.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform Drain Cleaning, Non Destructive Digging and Stormwater Asset cleaning tasks
  • Daily pre-start and maintenance of vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance and good working condition
  • Promote a safe work environment by following proper safety protocols and using appropriate PPE
  • Complete projects as directed with the ability to deal with a diverse range of people effectively and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain the current standard of work and strive for continuous improvement of the quality of our services

About You

To be successful for this role, you will have:

  • Minimum of an MR licence essential
  • HR licence preferable
  • Valid White Card essential
  • Confined Space and Working at Heights Tickets preferred but not essential
  • Previous waste industry/civil construction experience will be highly regarded, but not essential
  • Self-starter, with a great attitude and approach to work
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and national Police clearance
