A well-established National physical Gold Dealer retail office with a reputation of customer service & product knowledge.

THE POSITION

An exciting position is waiting for the successful candidate to join our retail boutique office with full training provided. The position will include; to serve customers, buy and sell precious metals, guide the customers through the experience, develop trust, confidence and discover their requirements through conversations. Proactiveness, Maths, manual calculations, calculator skills and speed are a necessary. The location and Full Training takes place in Melbourne CBD.

SKILLS TO HAVE


•⁠ ⁠Numeracy & Mathematics


•⁠ ⁠Touch typing & basic computer skills including excel and outlook.


•⁠ ⁠Retail sales or Customer Service skills


•⁠ ⁠Proactiveness, forward thinking & fast paced

We offer in depth training and benefits. Salary based on experience and performance.

Hours of operation are 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday. Casual (full time hours) & Full time positions available, growth within the company is available based on skillsets learnt.

Current driver's license, own transport and a police clearance is essential to obtain a position in the company. Must be over 18 years old. We encourage school graduates and university students to apply. Great career building job for future or grow within. Gold Bullion or Pawnbroking experience is beneficial.
