What your day will look like….

You'll move fluidly between leading clinical excellence and shaping strategic direction. One moment, you might be consulting with a patient in antenatal clinic or performing a complex gynaecological procedure; the next, you'll be collaborating with on workforce planning, mentoring junior doctors, or contributing to service redesign. You'll be a visible and trusted leader—supporting your team, guiding clinical governance, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and care. Whether you're in theatre, in a meeting, or on a call with a rural outreach team, your day will be filled with purpose, variety, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $476,894 (L27) comprising salary rates between $97.84 (L18) and $124.05 p.h. (L27), clinical managers allowance, motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
