Canberra (Onsite 3 days per week)

Contract : 12 months X 2 extensions

Security Clearance:
Minimum NV1 (mandatory)

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Administrator
to provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support for Salesforce platforms in a secure, enterprise environment. The role focuses on user support, configuration, data management, reporting, and operational stability across Salesforce environments.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience supporting Salesforce applications at L1/L2 support level.

  • At least one Salesforce certification:

  • Salesforce Administrator, or

  • Salesforce App Builder, or

  • Salesforce Developer (applications without certification will not be considered)

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Salesforce Data Loader for data import and management

  • Reports and Dashboards
  • User provisioning, profiles, roles, and permissions
  • Process automation using Salesforce Flows

  • Debugging and resolving production incidents

  • Experience working with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Must hold active NV1 security clearance.
  • Ability to attend the Canberra office in person 3 days per week.
