About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer communication after a sale has been made.
You will be the main point of contact for customers, responsible for welcome calls, answering questions, coordinating installation bookings, and ensuring customers feel supported throughout the process.
This is a customer-facing role that requires a sales-flair.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome Calls
- Contact customers once their sale is uploaded
- Explain the process clearly and professionally
- Answer general questions and keep the customer engaged if they have cold feet
- Set expectations around next steps
Customer Communication
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Liaise between customers, admin, and installers
- Provide reassurance and updates when required
Installation Booking
- Contact customers to schedule installation dates, and obtain required information such as site photos, or documentation
- Confirm access and readiness
- Coordinate dates with installation team
Issue & Cancellation Handling
- Manage concerns calmly and professionally
- Escalate potential cancellations appropriately
- Protect customer experience at all times

Requirements
- Based in Melbourne and open to a hybrid role in future, when we find a suitable office
- Own phone & laptop
- Stable internet
- Comfortable with calendars, CRMs, and messaging tools
