Lifelinc is a dynamic, growing company who is looking for a Yard Maintenance Operator to join our Disability and Aged Care team based in South Toowoomba.  Operating in the wider Darling Downs Region, we offer a supportive, inclusive environment, and the opportunity to make a real difference to create a more inclusive and fair community.

Duties include:

  • Residential yard and minor property maintenance duties including: lawn mowing (ride on and push), trimming, weeding and planting when required.
  • Complete maintenance duties within the time allocation.
  • Work together with other Yard Maintenance team members.

Available shifts:

  • Monday to Friday full-time hours – casual or permanent part-time contract available.

Requirements of the role:

  • Current C Class Drivers' Licence is mandatory.
  • Current Blue Card, Yellow Card / NDIS workers screening and Police Check or the ability to obtain one.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in commercial garden maintenance work is essential.
  • Commitment to professional conduct including honesty, reliability, confidentiality, integrity, good work ethic, well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to defuse conflict.
