We're Hiring: Senior Report Developer

Location - Open to all location within Australia

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Report Developer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to help us build and maintain scalable data solutions.

Skills
- Leading the planning, development, and deployment of reporting solutions with Health Industry, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and report optimization, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) reporting.

What We're Looking For:

Essential selection criteria

  • Coordinating report development across infrastructure platforms (e.g., cloud, database, servers)
  • Leading internal and external technical teams
  • Consulting with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
  • Ensuring seamless transition of systems into production with full support
  • Promoting a positive work culture and continuous improvement
  • Applying best practices in reporting frameworks and performance optimization

Key Experience & Skills Required

  • Extensive experience in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and report optimization
  • Proven ability to lead complex technology upgrades and deployments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering skills
  • Experience managing reporting infrastructure in large, outsourced environments
  • Knowledge of current and emerging database technologies
  • Desirable: experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) reporting
