We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence at our Mascot store.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 per annum
Role: Full time
Location: Mascot, NSW 2020
Main Duties:
· Lead daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and a smooth in-store experience.
· Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimising wastage.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
· Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotions, and in-store events to elevate customer engagement.
· Manage staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance evaluations.
· Maintain store visual merchandising and ensure brand consistency.
· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
· Monitor store performance and provide regular reporting to head office.
· Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety, food handling, and legal compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum of bachelor's degree in business/ commerce or related field.
· At least 2 years of professional experience in a busy environment and possess knowledge of retail industry
· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
· Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
· Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities to address challenges.
