**Y**OUR DECJUBA JOURNEY STARTS HERE**

We are on the lookout for an AMAZING **Assistant Store Manager** to take our store in **Sydney Airport (T2)** to the next level

Our Sydney Airport store, located in Terminal 2, offers a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment unlike any other. As part of our DREAMTEAM, you’ll be working in a high-energy space with strong foot traffic, diverse customers, and a unique rhythm to your day. As our new ASM, you’ll be leading a high energy, driven team who are all about growth, empowerment, and delivering AMAZING at every step.

The store trades between 6:30am and 7:00pm, with opening shifts starting from 6:15am and closing shifts finishing at 7:15pm. An early Saturday opening shift (6:15am start) is part of the regular roster. Please note: on-site parking is not available, so access to reliable public transport is essential. Due to airport operations, you’ll need to complete ASIC security clearance before commencing in the role.

- You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
- You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
- You’re ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.
- You pride yourself on delivering AMAZING customer experiences with the support of our inspiring Regional Management team.
- You work closely with your Store Manager to lead by example and create an inclusive, inspirational, and supportive environment (because we believe energy is contagious)
