We are currently seeking an effective
Workshop Manager
to manage our repairs and service in our
Perth Branch.

The Opportunity

  • Optimise activities by creating and implementing efficient systems and production plans to ensure our service solution meets our customers' needs
  • Ensure Tyre repairs, tyre repair consumables, wheel repairs and components are effectively managed to maximise productivity
  • Develop and maintain a strong safety culture utilising risk assessments, hazard registers, safety observations, SWMS, pre-start inspections, 3S Inspections, toolbox meetings, incident investigations and audits
  • Develop and distribute timely production reporting
  • Manage the Workshop assets throughout their life cycle
  • Co-ordinate the selection, recruitment and on-boarding of Workshop staff and identify their training and development needs

About You - Essential

  • Proven experience working in a production environment
  • Proven ability to show flexible thinking and actions when required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
  • Demonstrated capability in demand forecasting, planning and production optimization
  • An effective collaborator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong commitment to safety of yourself and others
  • Valid driving licence
  • Current work rights in Australia

About You – Preferred

  • Exposure to Off the Road (OTR) Tyres, mining, manufacturing or related industries
  • Trade qualifications
  • Intermediate Excel skills
