The TGA is seeking candidates for the position of EL1 Senior Scientific Evaluator in the Biological Science Section. The role requires the position holder to possess a high level scientific analytical ability to conduct evaluations and make balanced regulatory decisions using professional judgement, to be organised, communicate clearly and effectively, analyse problems, and foster positive working relationships. They are also responsible to managing staff, making regulatory decisions for the more complex submissions for infectious disease safety, biological medicine quality, and advanced therapies such as biologicals and cell and tissue therapies, and contributing to Section and Branch activities including representational responsibilities.
