Business Systems Operator – Customer service and database guru

LJ Hooker Alice Springsis looking for a talented administrator to join our team.

The role of business systems operator (BSO) is an integral part of the LJ Hooker recipe for success. Our BSOs are the highly skilled coordinators of our property marketing and customer relationship building, with their most important focus being database integrity and growth.

Duties of a BSO are vast and varied, making no two days the same. Tasks include:


•     Data entry and database management


•     Book and co-ordinate property marketing


•     Attend sales meetings as required and take minutes


•     Track all sales from commencement through to settlement


•     Manage social media channels


•     Assist in the preparation of community marketing and events


•     Continual personal and professional development
