Sydney Trains' Tangara fleet makes up a quarter of our suburban rail fleet. To ensure its longevity, the Tangara Fleet Life Extension project will upgrade operating systems, modernise onboard passenger information systems, and enhance accessibility features for mobility-impaired passengers. The project will also help build our future workforce capabilities, strengthen local economies and support the long-term growth of NSW's transportation industry.
In this role, you'll:

  • Support the Tangara Fleet Life Extension (TFLE) Ops Integration Manager through a range of activities that may encompass Ops/Maintenance readiness, training, consultation and integration assurance, interfacing with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve TFLE Project outcomes.
  • Assist in the coordination and schedule TFLE Project operational readiness activities.
  • Identify the critical interfaces with key internal and external stakeholders for TFLE Operations integration scope, planning and management.

About You
You are an experienced professional with experience in project management, commissioning and/or operations readiness in the rail industry.

You are a strong collaborator who is able to work effectively with multi-disciplinary stakeholders within a complex matrix-structured organisation.
