Our job is to make our customers look good.

We do this by applying brilliant finishes that sell our customers' products and reputation.

The turnaround for powder coating is 3 days. Your focus, care and reliability means everything to achieve that.

We are looking for entry level and experienced production assistants to join our diverse team to undertake a wide variety of tasks with a view to founding a new career in powder coating application in 2026. Focus will be on checking, testing and protecting the finish on the products we coat for our customers.

We are looking for mature minded long-term employees only with excellent communication skills.

You will learn everything we do including:

  • Manual preparation of parts: sanding, abrasive blasting, pressure washing.
  • Chemical preparation of parts: dipping them in tanks and manual spraying of chemicals.
  • Applying powder coat.
  • Curing the powder.
  • Checking, testing and packing of the final product.
  • Delivering the finished job to customers

All successful applicants will be trained in powder coat application.

7 am to 10 am start. This is flexible. Overtime maybe required including on Saturday morning.

No prior experience needed. No barriers to entry. All training provided although a drivers license is required.

Suit people who have good memory, life experience and organisational skills, and the ability to communicate directly and empathetically.

Need to be able to lift 20kg regularly.

Leadership opportunities exist.

This is a physical hands on job. In general, heavy lifting is required once per day on average and team work is required.
