Warehouse Supervisor

We have an exciting opening for a hands on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Queensland warehouse operations. In this role, you will ensure our warehouse runs at peak efficiency, supports customer satisfaction, and operates with safe, high quality, cost effective processes. On a typical day, you will

• Organise and supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping, and customer service
• Schedule and manage the warehouse team, monitor workflow, output quality and productivity, and ensure operational goals are met
• Maintain warehouse operating systems, determine product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilisation, gate process flows, and preferred shipment methods
• Learn and master EzyDog's stock forecasting system, taking a leading role in forecasting accuracy, replenishment planning, and improving DIFOT performance
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery, coordinate general maintenance when required, and ensure equipment readiness and safety
• Oversee and coordinate logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, liaising with drivers and air or sea freight partners to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, establish and enforce standards and procedures such as OH and S, and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements

You will stand out if you have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with an additional qualification in logistics or supply chain a plus
• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, including staff supervision
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures, policies, systems, and KPIs
• Tech savvy capabilities, with experience using ERP systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and modern logistics software
• Proven leadership qualities, able to train, manage, and motivate a team, deliver constructive feedback, and foster a positive can do culture
• A valid forklift licence and confidence operating warehouse equipment
