Location: Tangambalanga (15 minutes drive from Wodonga)

Kiewa Valley Kids (KVK) Childcare is a small, family owned and operated service, licensed for only 45 children per day. We pride ourselves on the personalised service that we offer to our families, children, and the local community. Our Centre is located in the heart of the Kiewa Valley, in Tangambalanga, a short 15-minute drive from Wodonga.

KVK have an exciting opportunity for a Certificate 3 Qualified Educator to join our current team of passionate educators. This position offers some flexibility and could be either Casual or part-time depending on your needs.

Your Role:


• You will be expected to support the team in the daily running of the room


• Show initiative and also follow direction


• Be able to communicate with families and children


• Have an understanding of the Early Years Framework and demonstrate how you use it in your daily practice.

Key requirements:


• Certificate III in Children's Services


• First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training


• Working with children check


• Strong understanding of the Early Years Framework and National Quality Standards

Key Deliverables:


• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.


• Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and KVK Policies, Procedures and Requirements.


• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.


• Actively contribute to the education program in the room.


• Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.


• Contribute to a professional and positive work culture.
