About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Surveyor to be part of our growing Surveying team that will work across multiple projects in NSW and the ACT. The projects will range from high rise construction to multimillion civil infrastructure. The role will entail conducting surveys and ensuring a high level of precision surveys are carried out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting daily surveys including set out and as-builts.

  • Recording data.

  • Checking as-builts against the design.

  • Liaising with the Senior Surveyor.

  • Reading of plans & sketches.

  • Liaising between the site and the office.

Experience & Skills

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications previously completed a Diploma, Bachelor or Associate Degree in Surveying.

  • Training is available to the right candidate.

  • Have good knowledge of AutoCAD and operational knowledge of Leica Survey equipment.

  • Be able to manage own workload and liaise with Senior Surveyor for workload.

  • Be able to manage multiple clients / jobs.

  • Be able to adhere to company QA procedures and company policies.

  • Be a team player.

  • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • You must have a Drivers Licence and vehicle.
