We are seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to join our Queens Plaza, Brisbane CBD boutique. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retailer who thrives in a luxury environment, is passionate about building meaningful client relationships, and has the proven ability to drive sales and lead with excellence.

The opportunity is part time, with a minimum of 25 hours per week. Must be available Sundays + Mondays.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong retail management or supervisory experience within premium or luxury fashion.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience cultivating and maintaining a VIP client base, including outreach and personalised service.
