ABOUT THE COMPANY -
State of the art Mercedes-Benz dealership, part of a large group with big picture career opportunities. Located within the inner South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

ABOUT THE ROLE -
Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, this position will Service the Front and Back Counter of this high volume Workshop and Parts Operations. As a Spare Parts Interpreter you will be working to sales targets, customer service, relationship building, product knowledge, warehousing, trade sales and effective administration.

About The Job

  • Stock control and ordering
  • Sales and Customer Service
  • Key liaison with and between the customers, sales and workshop teams and suppliers
  • End to end ordering and receiving of parts
  • Provide spare parts support both in person and over the phone
  • Provide relevant reports where required
  • Use of DMS and computer programs / parts catalogues

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a qualified Spare Parts interpreter
  • DMS and parts catalogue proficiency
  • Someone passionate about customers and exceeding their expectations
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A strong communicator who takes ownership of the customer journey as well as inter-team communication
  • High levels of self-motivation, drive and resilience
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
