Delivery Co-ordinator

4-Day 38hr Work Week

The Role

We're after a Delivery Co-ordinator to keep our deliveries running like clockwork. You'll be the go-to person between the drivers, and our customers – making sure jobs are done right, on time, every time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture to keep all your team safe
• Ensure delivery vehicle maintenance and daily safety checks happen
• Plan and schedule daily deliveries to our trade customers
• Keep drivers, trade yard team, and customers in the loop
• Sort out delivery issues on the fly
• Keep delivery systems up to date
• Provide awesome customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Pitch in with deliveries and stock when needed

What You'll Bring

• Experience in logistics, transport, or warehousing (hardware or construction a bonus)
• Strong organisation and time management
• Leadership ability to support and manage a team
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computer systems
• A team player who thrives in a busy environment
• MR Licence and Forklift Licence (or happy to obtain)
