As our business is growing  we now have an opportunity for Full-Time  position as store person in our warehouse .

We have the  position available for a precise, energetic, mature minded person to join our Distribution Centre based in South Eastern area minutes away from the CBD. We are a warehouse wholesaler providing the service to major retail outlets and independent stores. Previous warehouse experience is essential. We are a small team environment so Multi-Skilling and Team work will be required to fill this role.

Reporting to the warehouse manager, your duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Picking and Packing of orders with accuracy
  • Inward Goods Processing
  • Inventory Control / Stock-take
  • Stock put-away using reach fork-lift
  • Receiving and Despatching duties
  • Warehouse cleaning duties
  • Computer knowledge in Warehouse system / Transport freight

The successful applicant will need to have the following;

  • LF Forklift / Counter balance License is essential.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
  • Accuracy & attention to detail is essential.
  • Have a good level of written and spoken English.
  • A self-motivated and flexible "can do" attitude.
  • A drive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • The ability to take direction and to meet deadlines.
  • Work unsupervised & show initiative.
  • Capable of physical work with heavy lifting (max 20kgs).

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the main responsibilities of this position are in assisting with the daily pickings of stock for delivery to customers and also in the daily running of the warehouse. Duties also include the unloading and put-away of new stock arrivals, and also assembling product samples for distribution to customers. This role is for an immediate start if you are successful.
