Dharma Bums is an established Australian women's apparel brand creating timeless, sustainable, and ethical athleisure. All designs are created in-house, and we pride ourselves on quality, creativity, and attention to detail.
About the Role
We're looking for a mid-weight graphic designer with strong video editing skills to join our creative team. You'll work across campaigns, social media, EDMs, packaging, and print materials, collaborating with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative.
What You'll Do
- Design engaging assets for digital campaigns, social media, and paid ads
- Create compelling EDMs that drive engagement and sales
- Edit short and long-form videos for campaigns and social media
- Contribute to campaign concept development
- Prepare artwork for both print and digital channels
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years' experience as a graphic designer (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio across print and digital
- Proven video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects)
- EDM design experience (Klaviyo or similar)
- Strong typography, layout, and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience using AI tools to generate creative assets
- Fashion, lifestyle, or apparel brand experience
