We are seeking a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer (Part-Time / 30.4 hours per week) to create high-impact visual assets that drive real results. Working from our Burleigh Heads office in a hybrid role, you'll collaborate with our dynamic Digital Marketing team to design compelling creative content across our digital channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and Creative Execution

• Translate briefs from key stakeholders into visual assets across multiple brand platforms that engage our audience, drive performance and improve conversion rates.
• Produce multi-channel creative assets across digital (website, email, social) channels.
• Retouch campaign imagery
• Work closely with the Graphic Design Team Lead to produce new ideas and concepts and deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives.
• Present design concepts to the Graphic Design Team Lead, incorporating feedback to refine and improve outcomes such as engagement and conversion rates.
• Work on several projects concurrently and deliver against tight deadlines.
• Maintain quality on deliverables that consistently balances creative excellence with commercial impact.

Brand Asset Management

• Ensure consistent application of the Move With Us brand guidelines across all creative assets.
• Maintain organised filing protocols for documenting, tracking and maintaining version control of assets.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Brand to ensure creative support campaign objectives and performance targets.
• Be receptive to feedback and proactively seek opportunities to improve creative outcomes and performance.

Campaign Development and Testing Support

• Create multiple creative versions for A/B and multivariate testing.
• Interpret creative performance insights to refine design approaches.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATIONRequired

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in Graphic Design.
• Demonstrated experience in Graphic Design, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating durable layered assets in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Ability to follow briefs and execute tasks accurately, and provide constructive guidance and options in execution.
• Solid understanding of design for mobile-first web and social media audiences, including assets dimensions, size, and accessibility.
• Typography, visual hierarchy, and layout sensibility.
• Proactive and experimental in suggesting refinements and improvements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• The highest level of attention to detail.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to design towards performance marketing goals (click-through-rate, conversion rate optimisation).
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset with a bias toward execution and continuous improvement.
• A demonstrated passion for health, fitness, or wellness.

Highly Regarded (Desirable but Not Mandatory)

• Motion design and animation capabilities.
• Experience with Shopify for eCommerce asset implementation.
• Experience with Klaviyo for EDM asset implementation.
• UX/UI design experience, and exposure to Figma.
• Experience in, wellness, fitness, lifestyle or sports branding.
