Admin/Receptionist – Bridgestone Select Auto Services - Morley

We are looking for a new Admin/Receptionist to head up our front of house at our store, Bridgestone Select Morley

The responsibilities, will include dealing with sales enquiries by phone, email and in person.  Preparing and issuing quotes for vehicle services, tyres, upgrades, and repairs etc. Ordering and inputting parts for work and stock, and liaising with the workshop crew to coordinate all work in and out.  Creating customer work orders and invoices, taking payments and reconciling daily takings. Helping to oversee OHS, stock control and general business administrations.

Our ideal person will have experience within the industry or with some industry administrative and/or sales background that is relevant to the role.  They will need to have good sales skills, a positive 'can-do' attitude, and be well presented at all times.  Good administration and time management competence, with PC experience preferably using industry systems and MS Office Suite. Training for the role will be given, as well as ongoing personal development training.

Our stores are established and busy, with high customer satisfaction ratings and we are looking for a team member to help us maintain our success and help us continue to grow the businesses.

In this position you will be working with one of the biggest global organisations within the Auto Services industry, with good rates of pay, and all expected benefits and holidays, possible rostered Saturday mornings with overtime paid, and we don't work public holidays
