Religious Education Teacher (Years 7–12)

Loreto Kirribilli, a leading Catholic independent school for girls, is seeking a dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join our Senior School teaching team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Religious Education Coordinator and Principal, you will:

  • Teach Religious Education across Years 7–12, supporting students' faith development and academic growth.
  • Create engaging lessons that connect Catholic tradition with contemporary issues and student lives.
  • Foster a classroom culture that reflects the values of Mary Ward and the Loreto charism.
  • Support the prayer, liturgical, and spiritual life of the school.
  • Apply assessment and reporting processes in line with school and NESA requirements.
  • Contribute to pastoral care, wellbeing initiatives, and the wider life of the school.
About You

You are an inspiring educator with a genuine commitment to Catholic education and the mission of Loreto. You bring:

  • Qualifications in Religious Education (and accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school).
  • A passion for integrating Catholic values into teaching and learning.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A collaborative and professional approach to working with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • A willingness to contribute to co-curricular and faith-based activities within the school community.
