Optical receptionist

Permanent part-time position, 3 days a week (Monday-Friday) for a small independent optometry practice. We are looking for someone who has a warm, patient-focused approach with a professional, can-do attitude. You must be able to multi-task and enjoy variability in your work day. Training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant.

This role is diverse and duties include:

• general reception and administration
• preparing the consultation room
• patient frame selection
• stock control
• supporting the optometrist
• ensuring the practice is clean and tidy at all times
• supporting marketing and promotions
