Yard Space Innovations is a leading lawn and garden maintenance company dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces that our clients love and enjoy. We're seeking a skilled and motivated person to join our team and deliver high-quality landscaping packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, from initial contact to project completion
  • Work with the crew to complete high-quality lawn and garden projects
  • Perform lawn and garden maintenance services including mowing, whipper snipping, hedging, edging, clean-up
  • Perform landscaping operations including site preparation, levelling, landscape construction
  • Maintain high standards of safety and quality of work

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • 2+ years' experience in gardening, landscaping or outdoor construction
  • Ability to communicate with clients to understand their needs
  • Hands-on experience working in part of a small crew
  • Open driver's license
  • Exposure to estimating or quoting is a bonus (but not essential)
