About the Opportunity

EOC Group, in collaboration with Beltrame Civil, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support project delivery and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Assist Project Managers in delivering projects safely, profitably, and on schedule.
  • Implement project management, safety, quality, and environmental plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments, work method statements, and toolbox meetings.
  • Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring value and compliance.
  • Check construction work for quality, compliance, and defect elimination.
  • Provide input to design, drafting, scheduling, and equipment selection.
  • Assist with project forecasting, reporting, and contract negotiations.

What You'll Bring  

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in civil infrastructure engineering.
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering and/or Diploma in Project Management.
  • Solid knowledge of construction methodologies and civil engineering practices.
  • Strong record-keeping, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A "safety-first" attitude and quality focus.
