About our client

What you will be doing

  • Greet and assist customers at the gatehouse window
  • Operate weighbridge software (e.g. Mandalay) to record transactions
  • Handle cash and receipts; reconcile daily revenue
  • Communicate with site staff via two-way radio
  • Monitor incoming loads to ensure waste meets acceptance criteria
  • Perform data entry, invoice reconciliation, and general gatehouse administration

What you will need

  • Current "C" Class Driver's Licence
  • Weighbridge or waste industry experience (highly desirable)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Sound computer and data entry skills
