**The Role**

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be the engine room of our sales team - creating opportunities, sparking conversations, and opening doors (literally). This is a high-energy, people-focused role where the effort you put in directly shapes your success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect and generate leads via phone calls and door knocking
- Build rapport and start meaningful conversations with homeowners
- Book appointments and create opportunities for the sales team
- Be the friendly face (and voice) that opens the first door in the sales journey

**You’ll Need to Bring**
- A positive attitude and resilience - you don’t quit when it gets tough
- Hunger to learn and succeed - you want a career, not just a job
- Confident communication skills (or the drive to develop them fast)
- Team-player mindset - we win together
- Driver’s Licence + reliable car
