Operations Manager – Therapy Coalition

Therapy Coalition is an innovative and growing platform that empowers allied health professionals to run their own practice - with the systems, billing, branding, and operational support they need to succeed.

We're looking for a driven Operations Manager with experience in areas such as recruitment, business development, marketing or NDIS operations who is ready to take ownership of a business unit, build scalable systems, and grow with us. This is a clear pathway to a GM or COO role.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and deliver onboarding pathways for allied health professionals (OT, Physio, PBS, Speech etc).
  • Help configure, tech-enabled onboarding and operational systems.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across HR, IT, finance, and compliance.
  • Drive clinician engagement, retention, and community-building.
  • Champion and grow our platform as a unique, future-ready career model for clinicians.

About You:

  • 3–5 years' experience in operational leadership within NDIS or allied health.
  • A deep understanding of the Allied Health community sector (NDIS or Home Care)
  • Proven success in recruiting and understanding allied health onboarding.
  • Strong systems and IT skills (workflow design, CRMs, MS365, etc).
  • Hands-on, commercially minded, and eager to connect operations with growth.
  • Thrive in lean, fast-paced teams where you wear multiple hats.
  • Energetic, driven, and execution focused.

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business or health management.
  • Established network within the allied health /NDIS sector.
  • Marketing or employer branding skills to support clinician attraction.
  • Previous experience as an Ops manager, BDM or similar.

Salary: $95,000–$135,000 + excellent performance incentives. Up to $180,000 OTE.
