The Lorian Group is looking for aForeman / Site Supervisor to deliver a pipeline of health and retail fitout and refurbishment projects across central Brisbane, with project values up to $2M.

This role suits a hands-on supervisor who enjoys working in a small, close-knit and highly collaborative team, where everyone is across the detail and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes in live environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site operations on fitout and refurbishment projects
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers to meet program and quality targets
  • Maintain strong safety, quality and site presentation standards
  • Manage site logistics in live health and retail environments
  • Read and interpret drawings, scopes and specifications
  • Run site inductions, toolbox talks and manage SWMS
  • Work closely with Project Managers and contribute to team-based problem solving

About You:

  • Trade qualified (Carpentry preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering fitout and refurbishment projects
  • Experience within health and/or retail environments highly regarded
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Solid understanding of WHS requirements
  • Comfortable working within a small, collaborative team environment
